YEREVAN. – Officers from Armenia’s Police detained, near Armavir city bus terminal on Tuesday at 4:30pm, a 40-year-old formerly-convicted man on suspicion of possessing a narcotic.

A substance with a cannabis-like sharp smell was found inside his sock, the Police Press Service informs.

The detainee informed that he had prepared this substance for personal use.

The substance is sent for an examination, and an investigation is underway.
