Armenia’s Consul General in Los Angeles, Grigor Hovhannisyan, on Monday visited the Arizona State University’s Melikian Center for Russian, Eurasian, and East European Studies.
At the Center, Hovhannisyan delivered a lecture on the Armenian diaspora and Armenia-Diaspora ties. The Consul General also reflected on the latest developments in the Nagorno-Karabakh peace talks, the US Secretary of State’s recent visit to Armenia, and Azerbaijan’s provocative operations carried out in those days at the Armenia-Azerbaijan border.
Also, Hovhannisyan responded to the audience’s questions with reference to Armenia’s foreign policy and the current regional developments.
Separately, Armenia’s Consul General met with Armenian language students, who soon will visit Armenia for two weeks to conduct language practice.
