STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree, whereby Colonel Masis Mikayelyan is appointed Deputy Commander, Chief of the Rear of the NKR Defense Army, Office of the NKR President informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
