YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Crisis Management Center received calls, on Monday, informing about detection of snakes in different parts of the country. 

Specifically, snakes were seen in Kasakh village of the Kotayk Region and in a capital city Yerevan building.

The Center’s operative team and a snake specialist were dispatched to the scenes, but no snakes were found.

And a call was received at 5:01pm informing that a snake was detected by the residents of a home in Berd city of the Tavush Regions. 

A fire and rescue squad was dispatched, and the squad found the snake and transferred it to a safe area.
