YEREVAN. – The U.S. Ambassador to Armenia John Heffern and Armenian Chief of Police Vladimir Gasparyan on Friday opened officially a new shooting range gifted by the U.S. government to the Armenian legal system.

The gift has been funded within the frameworks of the U.S. government aid targeted at fight against crime and reinforcement of the Armenian legal institutions in the sphere of justice. The Ambassador praised high the reforms run in Armenian police, especially outlining the role of chief of Police.

Expressing his gratitude for the gift, Gasparyan praised high the cooperation, where human relations prevail.
