YEREVAN. – The opposition Heritage parliamentary group voted against the government program and not the ministers, group head Ruben Hakobyan said at a press conference on Monday.

According to him, the program has been considered by Heritage based on three aspects, in particular how much it corresponds to reality, real mechanisms of its implementation and the existing resources.

Hakobyan also stated all the governments created a corrupted system within 22 years, while the parliamentary opposition offers to establish a temporary anti-corruption committee to struggle against the system.

The MP said the bill offering to establish the committee will be submitted for the consideration this fall.
