YEREVAN. – The US dollar’s average exchange rate against the Armenian Dram (AMD) once again rose Friday at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, again surpassing the AMD 418/$1 range, and comprised AMD 418.61/$1.   

Furthermore, some trading was even conducted at AMD 419/$1. 

The total sales were $5.7 million.

And in Armenia’s cash foreign currency market, several banks raised the US currency’s purchase exchange rate all the way to AMD 418/$1, but it is primarily bought at AMD 417/$1. And the dollar is still sold at AMD 419/$1, but the most common selling exchange rate is AMD 420/$1.
