Google’s homepage doodle for Saturday likewise is dedicated to the 2012 London Olympics. The search engine giant plans to cover this international event until its closing.    

And Google’s new doodle is dedicated to archery, as London 2012’s first medals will be awarded in this sport. The homepage depicts and archer aiming at an apple placed on Google’s letter “o.”  

As Armenian informed earlier, Google dedicated its Friday’s homepage doodle likewise to the 2012 London Olympic Games. The search engine’s logo was replaced by the images of five athletes playing different Olympic sports—football, swimming, track and field, fencing, and basketball. And all of them were carrying Google’s letters.

To note, the 2012 London Olympics officially kicked off on Friday and they will come to a close on August 12.
