YEREVAN. – Armenian Emergency Situations Minister Armen Yeritsyan on Friday received Lithuania’s Ambassador to Armenia Erikas Petrikas.

Minister Yeritsyan presented the structure of the ministry, its mission, development prospects, international cooperation and implemented projects.

“We are ready for cooperation and sharing experience and knowledge,” the Minister said, expressing readiness to cooperate with the Lithuanian agencies responsible for emergency management.

Ambassador Petrikas said the parties would definitely find common ground for cooperation. He noted that Lithuania declared a priority cooperation within the framework of Eastern Partnership project and will contribute to Armenia’s European integration.
