YEREVAN. – Poland’s Ambassador to Armenia Zdzislaw Raczynski said the draft of Association Agreement between Armenia and EU was finalized on July 24 ahead of August, that is a holiday season.

Speaking during the discussion titled “Armenia at an impasse or at a crossroads ahead of Vilnius”, Raczynski said there has been no international occasion when a raw document, which is being corrected all the time, is put on public display.

“If Armenia initialed the document in Vilnius in this form, they would have only the first and last pages, because the middle - the details and legal wordings, are being clarified all the time,” he said, explaining why nothing had been published.

The third Eastern Partnership summit will take place in Vilnius on November 28-29.
