Ukrainian nationalist group Pravy Sektor (Right Sector) held a congress in Kyiv on Saturday to adopt a charter and turn into political force.

Talking to reporters, party's member Andrey Denisenko said the congress decided to nominate Dmitry Yarosh as a presidential candidate, UNN reported.

He said Dmitry Yarosh will give a press conference later. The party was formed based on the Ukrainian National Assembly that has branches across Ukraine.

Presidential elections are scheduled for May 25.
