YEREVAN. – “Ardshininvestbank” CJSC, one of the leading banks in Armenian banking market, announced the launch of a full-scale rebranding from December 24 of the current year.

Mher Grigoryan, Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank commented on this: “Ardshininvestbank being at present a large Armenian bank, continues realizing its strategic development plan and rebranding campaign is launched in the scope of this plan. By creating a new image we strove to incorporate key values and philosophy of the Bank in it – many years’ experience, use of innovative technologies and continuous strive towards exceeding our customers’ expectations. Our new style is universal based on the principles of simplicity and comfort. It is modern, light and memorable. The color gamut combines colors traditional for the Bank during many years. The new image confirms that the Bank is sound and accessible. We are confident that this initiative will be welcomed by our customers whose opinion is of great importance for us. We are strong together”

“Ardshininvestbank” CJSC was registered in February 2003. In March-May of the same year the Bank has acquired significant part of healthy assets and liabilities of then system-forming “Ardshinbank” OJSC together with its branch network. In November of the same year the Bank acquired a significant part including branch network of “Agrobank” OJSC.

However “Ardshininvestbank” CJSC was not and is not the assignee of liquidated “Ardshinbank” OJSC and “Agrobank” OJSC.
