YEREVAN. – Deputy head of Armenia's investigation committee Vahagn Harutyunyan and investigator have arrived at the Russian military base several hours ago, a source told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
According to the source, they are conducting investigative operations with Valery Permyakov,, a serviceman of the 102nd Russian Military Base in the city, stands accused in the murder of six people.
Armenia's Prosecutor General Gevorg Kostanyan is holding consultations at Shirak prosecutor's office. A protest action outside the building is planned for 5p.m.
