YEREVAN. – Deutsche Bank and HSBC Bank will remain underwriters of Armenia's Eurobonds, Deputy Finance Minister Vakhtang Mirumyan said during the Cabinet meeting on Friday.
An underwriting agreement is planned to be signed with the mentioned banks and J.P. Morgan. Cleary Gottlieb Teen & Hamilton LLC will provide legal consultations.
All these companies assisted with the issue of sovereign Eurobonds of Armenia.
“Working with these companies has proven its effectiveness, so in future we plan to continue working with them,” he said.
