YEREVAN. – The Council of the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) has raised its refinancing rate from 9.5 percent to 10.5 percent.
According to CBA, a 2 .5% inflation was registered in January, while a 12-month inflation reached 4.3 percent, down from 4.6 percent in December.
