STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR; Artsakh) President Bako Sahakyan on Wednesday attended a meeting of the NKR capital city Stepanakert Municipality, and devoted to the summing up of the activities for 2014 and the work to be carried out in 2015.

Stepanakert Mayor Suren Grigoryan and persons in charge of various departments of the municipality delivered corresponding reports, informed the Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President.

In his remarks, Sahakyan qualified the activities the Stepanakert Municipality conducted in 2014 as extensive and rated them as satisfactory, overall.

The President noted that despite numerous difficulties, the bulk of which was a derivative from global developments, several major projects had successfully been carried out in a variety of domains, and added that the implementation of strategic projects is planned in the current year, too.

Bako Sahakyan also touched upon the existing matters in the capital city, and gave concrete instructions for their solution.

NKR Deputy Prime Minister Arthur Aghabekyan and a number of other officials also participated in the meeting.
