The Federation Council of Russia on Wednesday ratified the agreement, pursuant to which the Armenian citizens are permitted to spend thirty days in Russia without registration.

The aforesaid agreement, which the governments of Armenia and Russia had signed in July 2014, refers to the procedure of the Armenian and the Russian citizens’ stay in one another’s countries.

Under the agreement, these citizens are exempt from the obligation to register within thirty days when staying in each other’s countries.

The same law is also applied for the citizens of Belarus and Kazakhstan.
