An amateur mini football tournament will kick off March 29 in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR; Artsakh).
The event is organized by the founder of the International Amateur Football Association (IAFA), Russian Armenian Armen Barkhudaryan.
Prior to setting up this full tournament, however, the IAFA had held numerous similar competitions in the NKR.
To note, former Italian football player, 1990 FIFA World Cup top goal scorer Salvatore Schillaci also had participated in one of these events.
Eight teams from Artsakh will compete in the aforementioned amateur mini football tournament.
