YEREVAN. - Certificates on the purchase of apartments in Armenia’s second largest city Gyumri will be issued since June, Armenian Urban Development Minister Narek Sargsyan said in the Parliament Wednesday.

The Ministry does not want to linger even for few days, he added. For this reason the process preparation is daily discussed at governmental level.  

Currently around 450 out of former 3240 people are included in the housing waiting list in Gyumri. 1,5 billion AMD (nearly USD $3,7 million) from the budget will be allocated to them for apartment certificates.
