Kyrgyzstan’s new government, led by Prime Minister Temir Sariyev, on Wednesday sworn in and pledged allegiance to the country and its people.

Kyrgyzstan is a parliamentary state, where the parliament approves, with the PM’s proposal, the government’s composition and structure.

On May 2, President Almazbek Atambayev had signed a decree on appointing a new government, reported RIA Novosti news agency of Russia.

The tenure of this new Kyrgyz government, however, will be for just six months. New convocation parliament elections will be held in October, and as a result, this government will be dissolved.
