The co-chair of Turkey’s pro-Kurdish “Peoples’ Democratic Party” (HDP), Selahattin Demirtas, participated in the studio recording of his party’s parliamentary election campaign song.
Demirtas performed the HDP’s election campaign song together with famous Kurdish singer Hozan Diyar, reported Demokrathaber website of Turkey.
The Kurdish leader, who recognizes the Armenian Genocide, posted a portion of the video of this studio recording on his social networking accounts.
Turkey’s next parliamentary election is slated for June 7.
