The Garmrag Surp Nshan (Holy Sign) Armenian Church in Bitlis, Turkey, will be restored.
The Bitlis City Hall had petitioned to the Eastern Anatolia Development Agency (DAKA), to get the money to carry out renovations of the church, and DAKA has approved this petition, the city hall informed.
After the renovation, however, the church will serve as a city museum.
