YEREVAN. – Many people in Armenia’s capital city of Yerevan are placing flowers outside the French embassy since early Saturday morning, and in memory of the victims of the terrorist attacks which took place in Paris (photos).

“First of all, I wish faith to the people of France in these challenging days,” one of the aforesaid persons told reporters. “They need to unite, resist, and continue to believe that life is not only evil and pain.”

And Gagik Melikyan, a member of the Social Democrat Hunchakian Party, told Armenian News-NEWS.am that terrorism is an evil which must be fought against with all possible means. 

Simultaneous terrorist attacks occurred Friday evening in six different parts of the French capital city.

The attacks claimed over 150 lives and injured numerous people.
