The Russian special services have detected a 300-million-ruble (approx. US$4,639,332) funding, including crowdfunding, to assist the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS).
Information was obtained from the money transfer system, and with respect to the transactions made in the zone contiguous to the ISIS forces.
The preliminary analysis of these transactions reveals considerable relevant actions.
Accordingly, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan are ranked first, second and third, in that order, from the CIS countries, and in this regard, Izvestia daily of Russia reported.
