YEREVAN. - The rally of the “New Armenia” Public Salvation Front struggling against the constitutional amendments has kicked off in Yerevan’s Liberty Square today.

Opposition “Heritage” party leader Raffi Hovannisian and radical opposition Founding Parliament group member Jirayr Sefilian are in the Square, as reported by Armenian News – NEWS.am correspondent.  The rally participants haven’t yet announced what they are going to do today. Before the launch of the rally, the participants observed a minute of silence in memory of the victims of the 1988 earthquake.

The “No” front has also called a rally in the Liberty Square at 6:00 pm. The front consists of the Armenian National Congress (ANC) and the “You won’t pass” initiative.
