The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) calls on the Turkish authorities to resolve the Kurdish issue by political means only. 

The aforesaid is noted in a statement by the Russian MFA.

“We call on the Government of Turkey to take necessary steps to put an immediate end to violence, and restore the peaceful settlement talks which were discontinued in July 2015,” the statement also reads, reported Gazeta news site of Russia.
