The heavy snowfall, which occurred Sunday in Armenia’s Lori Province, has caused many difficulties.

The Armenian News-NEWS.am reporter on location informed that there was a multiple-vehicle collision on a Vanadzor town street at around 5pm, and as a result, one person was hospitalized.

About more than a dozen more accidents were recorded in several other towns of the province.

After 8pm, the roads are completely covered with black ice. Consequently, the traffic police decided to halt trucks from traveling in the Vanadzor-Alaverdi and Spitak-Yerevan directions.

The drivers of these trucks had to stay in their vehicles throughout the night.
