YEREVAN. – The 2016 DigiTec international technological exhibition in Armenia will be held under the theme of Taiwan.

Executive Director of the Union of Information Technology Enterprises (UITE) of Armenia, Karen Vardanyan, stated the above-said at a press conference on Wednesday.

Vardanyan noted that UITE plans to invite thirty to fifty Taiwanese companies to this exhibition, and it has been negotiating along these lines with the representatives of this island.

“Naturally, specialists from other countries—Russia, Iran, etc.—also will come to Armenia to meet with them,” he added.

The annual DigiTec exhibition is held in October in Yerevan, the capital city of Armenia.

In November, the annual Business Innovation Forum will be convened in Dilijan town.

And according to preliminary agreement, the 2017 DigiTec Expo in Armenia will be held under the theme of India.
