Russia has cancelled its entire military and technical cooperation with Turkey, including the service contracts, Interfax reports, citing Vladimir Kozhin, Russian Presidential Aide for Military Technical Cooperation.

“We had contracts on supplies of both small arms and artillery systems.  Apparently, the supplies and all the contracts, including service contracts, have been cancelled now,” Kozhin stated.

He also noted that there will be neither talks nor ties unless “the situation changes in the direction the Russian President mentioned.”
