STEPANAKERT. – The adversary has launched outright offensive operations along the Line of Contact between the Karabakh-Azerbaijani opposing forces, on late Friday night and early Saturday morning hours, using a variety of weaponry as well as artillery, armored vehicles, and air force.

The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Ministry of Defense (NKR MOD) informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that, aside from the ongoing battles at the frontline, Azerbaijan has launched artillery strikes at peaceful settlements and the permanent bases of several military units of the NKR Defense Army.

At present, there are intense clashes all along the Line of Contact.

Vanguard units of the NKR Defense Army have accepted the adversary’s challenge, and they are conducting reliable defensive battles.
