Russia has called on Armenia and Azerbaijan to return to ceasefire regime, spokesperson for the Russian leader said.

The efforts “through Russia, Yerevan and Baku channel,” as well as via relevant international agencies, are undertaken, TASS reported.

Returning to ceasefire is a number one priority task, Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Monday.

At the same time he declined to comment on weapon supplies to both sides, according to the contracts that had  been signed before.

“I would rule out comments on the matter,” he added.
