YEREVAN. - First Deputy Defense Minister of Armenia, Davit Tonoyan, has informed the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk on Baku’s threat to bomb capital city Stepanakert, Spokesperson for Armenian Defense Ministry Artsrun Hovhannisyan wrote on his Facebook page.
Both sides have suffered losses as a result of the unprecedented large-scale aggression launched by Azerbaijan.
