Erdoğan’s children live in luxurious villas and have their own business, which is not too transparent. The president’s younger son, Bilal Erdoğan, has for many times been suspected of money laundering. Besides, in 2013 he was involved in a corruption scandal together with his sister Esra, the newspaper writes.

Now Erdoğan wants to expand not only the financial, but also the political influence of his “clan”. After the resignation of PM Davutoğlu, the President nominates his son-in-law for the post, RIA Novosti reports, citing the article.
