YEREVAN. – Alan Meale (United Kingdom, SOC) and Giuseppe Galati (Italy, EPP/CD), co-rapporteurs of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) for the monitoring of obligations and commitments by Armenia,  have started their respective talks with factions of the National Assembly (NA).

Before that, however, they met with representatives of the civil society of the country.

The PACE co-rapporteurs have arrived in Armenia to focus on the follow-up to constitutional amendments, electoral reform, and the fight against corruption in the country.

To this end, they also will meet with members of the Armenian NA delegation to PACE.
