YEREVAN. – The statue of prominent Armenian state and military figure Garegin Nzhdeh has been installed early Wednesday morning, at the park adjacent to the Government of Armenia Building No. 3, in capital city Yerevan.

The statue will be unveiled on Saturday, May 28, the First Republic Day anniversary.

The Yerevan Council of Elders had approved, by a vote in October 2014, the decision on installing the monument of the renowned Armenian statesman and military strategist.
