Turkic states should be as united as the EU, Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said at “International dialogue: accord and tolerance” conference held in Kyrgyzstan.

Davutoglu stated that Turkey has allotted $21 m. part of this amount is granted to restoration of the cities of Osh and Jalalabad. According to him, Kyrgyzstan needs foreign investments to revive the economy. However, no investments will be made until stability is established. He also added that Turkey is ready to assist Kyrgyzstan’s agriculture and other fields, АКИPress reported.

The Turkish side will also contribute to opening of new educational institutions. “We will not disregard the Turkic states,” Davutoglu stressed.

Kyrgyz President Roza Otunbayeva, Vice Prime Minister Uktomkhan Abdullayeva, Turkey’s representative, residents of Jalalabad and Osh region, as well as representatives of religious organizations participated in the conference as well.
