The French meteorologists announced an "orange" level risk due to the heavy rains in Côtes-d'Armor, Finister, and Moribian departments, reports Meteo France.

The "orange" threat level will be held at 09: 00-22: 00 in the departments. It is expected that rains can cause flooding and serious damage to some regions.

Due to prolonged rains, there occurred massive flooding in some regions of France. In Paris, the water level of Seine rose to a record level in the last 34 years, more than 6 m. 6 people were killed due to flooding, mostly, elderl. More than 20 were injured.
