The German automaker BMW will unite with the American corporation Intel Corp. and developer of video systems that assist drivers Mobileye's technology to develop a new unmanned driving technology, which will allow to introduce self-governing cars by 2021, reports the RBC with a reference to Reuters.

The companies said that the new technology will be available for several car manufacturers. They expect that the modernized vehicles will enter into serial production by 2021. The head of the BMW Harald Krueger said that it is too early to say what automakers will join the alliance .

On June 30 the Bloomberg sources informed that Intel Corp. and Mobileye will be engaged in the development of unmanned driving technology for the BMW.
