YEREVAN. – A soldier’s body was found dead, on Sunday at around 10:30am, at a military position of an Armenia Armed Forces unit in the Tavush Province.
The dead body of Private Arsen Mkhitaryan was found with a fatal firearm wound on his chin.
Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned from the press service of the Investigative Committee of Armenia that a criminal case is launched into Private Mkhitaryan’s death, and on charges of causing suicide.
An investigation is underway to determine the circumstances and motives behind this death.
