Scientists have assumed that the end of the Earth might come due to the Sun. According to them, that can happen if the Earth's electromagnetic shield does not get strengthened, reports the Informing.

According to the scientists, due to the powerful magnetic storms on the Earth, all the technological devices, primarily the communication satellites, will be destroyed. This will cause problems in many countries in the infrastructure sector. In addition, all living creatures will slowly die due to radioactive precipitations.

The researchers draw a special attention to the fact that the humanity is already facing issues due to powerful magnetic storms. Their affects are not tangible so far. However, the Earth's magnetic shield can be destroyed any time. It will arise problems that the humanity will not be able to resolve, in case it does not get prepared in advance. The experts warn that due to the movement of the poles, the only protective shield of our planet – the magnetic field – weakens gradually. Taking in account the existing factors, the researchers urge to start creating an artificial electromagnetic shield.
