The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia informed that a road accident occurred Saturday on the Vanadzor-Spitak motorway, in Lori Province.
It was found out that a vehicle—with Russian citizen A. B., 20, behind its steering wheel—had gone off road, rolled for about 10 meters, and ended up in the adjacent field.
As a result, two people died, whereas two others were rushed to the Spitak town hospital.
Servicemen of the Russian military base were killed in the tragic accident.
The Armenian News-NEWS.am reporter informed that the rescuers had to use special equipment to take the injured out.
