French President Francois Hollande will deliver speech at PACE fall session which will take place in Strasbourg from October 10 to 14, PACE tweeted.
Earlier it was noted that Foreign Minister of Turkey will also deliver speech at the session. The situation in the country after the coup attempt will be discussed. The Ukrainian crisis is also on the agenda.
During the session the winner of Václav Havel Human Rights Prize will be named.
