The preliminary report of the PACE observation mission in connection with a referendum in Azerbaijan will be submitted for discussion at the fall session of the Assembly, co-rapporteur of the PACE Monitoring Committee Caesar Florin Preda told APA.
It should be noted that the autumn session of the Assembly will take place on October 10-14.
The referendum takes place in Azerbaijan on September 26.
