The fourth summit of the Council of Europe heads of states will be held in 2019, French President Francois Hollande said addressing the autumn session of PACE.
The summit will be dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Council of Europe.
During his speech, President Hollande also touched upon the issues of terrorism, Ukrainian crisis and situation in Syria.
