Famous Russian engineer Valery Spiridonov has decided to partake in a startup, named Travelmate Robotics.

This project plans to design a “smart suitcase” that can send a passenger off to the airport.

In the engineer’s words, such a device can considerably facilitate the lives of persons with disabilities, reported Planet Today.

Spiridonov informed that he will be developing the software of this project. 

The engineer also plans to “endow” this “smart suitcase” with numerous additional functions.

The main function of this device, however, will be to follow its owner. 

As per Valery, an additional and interesting function of this “smart suitcase” will be its capability to weigh the luggage on its own, and transfer the respective results to the smartphone of its owner.
