YEREVAN. – Armenia will be under the influence of a cold front, starting from Monday evening and throughout Tuesday and Wednesday.
In addition, precipitation will begin on Monday evening, and it will continue until early Thursday morning, the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
Heavy precipitation is expected, especially from late Tuesday night to early Wednesday morning.
Snow is expected in most areas as well as snowstorms, fog, and low horizontal visibility in separate sections, and black ice—on some sections of motorways.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, air temperature will drop by 8-10 degrees Celsius, all through the country.
The MES of Armenia reminds and urges drivers to travel with winter tires on their vehicles.
