The condition of the serviceman Aznavour Baleyan, wounded in Karabakh, is critical but stable.
According to the information of Armenian News – NEWS.am, the wounded is in Stepanakert hospital. Aznavour is from Tsovazard village of Armenia’s Gegharkunik province. According to his fellow villagers, the soldier has to serve for six more months.
Criminal case has been launched into the incident under Article 34-104 (1) of the Armenian Criminal Code.
The investigation established that private A. Nersisyan and Aznavour Baleyan began quarreling because Baleyan had fallen asleep while carrying out military watch. The bullet hit Baleyan in his head. A. Nerseyan has been detained.
