Armenian News-NEWS.am has received new details on the killing of the Armenian man, who was shot dead in Moscow on the night of November 24.

The Armenian Embassy in Russia informs that Gevorg Gevorgyan, who was shot dead in the capital’s Yasnevo district, had been previously convicted.

According to the information, last time Gevorgyan entered Russia one month ago. The victim was involved in construction business, as per the Russian media outlets.

Earlier, it was found out that the killing of the man in southwestern Moscow resembled a kill order. The body of the man with firearm wound was found near Litovsky Avenue.

According to the law enforcement officers, an unknown person shot dead the man with Kalashnikov rifle, following which he escaped, leaving the weapon on the murder site.

The Investigative Committee confirmed this information, specifying that the rifle was found at the distance of about 300 meters from the body.
