There took place clashes between supporters and opponents of Fidel Castro in Madrid, reports RIA Novosti. A part of the crowd near the Embassy of Cuba came to offer their condolences on the death of the leader of the Cuban Revolution Fidel Castro. The other part, the platform “Cuba, Democracy Now,” which supports democratic transformation in Cuba

There arose disputes among protesters, and the police had to intervene. According to the recent reports, there are no casualties. The flag on the building of the Cuban Embassy is lowered. There are 120 thousand Cubans living in Spain. Fidel Castro, died on November 25 at the age of 90. Cuba declared 9-day mourning for Castro’s death.
