STEPANAKERT. - President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Bako Sahakyan on Monday and Tuesday met with representatives of the Free Motherland and Artsakh's Democratic and Dashnaktsoutyun Parties in the framework of discussions on the draft constitutional reforms. 

President Sahakyan considered these meetings meaningful and substantive. He also expressed gratitude to the attendees for their honest and principal stance, teh press-service of the Karabakh President's Office informed Armenian News – NEWS.am.
